Mike is the Global Head of Industry Analyst Relations for Thomson Reuters Financial & Risk. As a member of the marketing communications leadership team, he is responsible for developing, executing and managing relationships with industry analyst firms, leveraging and coordinating thought leadership through strategic business partners and associations, and contributing to the creation of thought leadership around the connected Thomson Reuters solutions. Mike has more than 20 years experience in assisting organizations in using technology to optimize business processes. Prior to his current role, Mike was a marketing Vice President in the Thomson Reuters GRC business unit and has held leadership positions with several other technology companies Mike holds a bachelor's degree in economics and a MBA in marketing and finance from the University of Minnesota.

Michael is a qualified Member of the Chartered Institute of Internal Auditors (UK). He has 26 years experience in working in financial services mainly in Internal Audit, Compliance and Risk. He has worked for UK Asset Resolution, Cattles plc, Financial Services Authority and the Bank of England.
